Ingredients

2 slices bread
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper
4 (1-inch) thick pork chops
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Make bread into crumbs in a blender or food processor. Melt butter.
Combine crumbs, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Stir in butter.
Coat both sides of pork chops with mustard.
Put in shallow roasting pan.
Distribute crumb mixture over chops and pat lightly so it clings.
Bake until browned, about 30 minutes.
