Ingredients

2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 can flaked coconut
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Beat egg yolks slightly.
Add milk; blend.
Combine sugar and flour; add to egg mixture.
Blend in butter and coconut.
Beat egg whites and fold into mixture.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake approximately 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with meringue.
