California Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 c. rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
4 to 6 chicken breasts
butter or margarine
paprika
Preparation

Sprinkle onion soup on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Put pats of butter over onion soup.
Pour rice on top of onion soup. Pour chicken broth over rice.
Put pats of butter on top of chicken and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cover with aluminum foil; turn off heat but leave in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
