Betty Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 bag fresh spinach
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
    8 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    6 to 8 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 jar Betty's dressing (red French)
Preparation
    Clean lettuce and spinach; mix together.
    Place 1/3 of lettuce/spinach mixture in a large glass salad bowl.
    Layer 1/3 of bean sprouts, bacon, eggs and mushrooms.
    Put another 1/3 of each ingredient and continue until final 1/3 of each ingredient is added.
    Toss just before serving.
    Can add dressing before tossing or serve on the side.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
