Refrigerator Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    nonstick coating
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. bran cereal
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 slightly beaten egg white
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. raisins
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Spray muffin tin.
    Mix together flour, bran, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
    Mix egg white, milk, brown sugar, raisins and oil.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Store in refrigerator for 3 days.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins. 154 calories, 4 g. fat.
