Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
3 c. diced apples
1 1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Beat eggs and add apples and oil to dry ingredients.
Mix well, then add vanilla and pecans.
Bake in a Bundt pan or loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.
Do not mix with an electric mixer.
