Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix bananas and buttermilk; set aside.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat well.
Add dry ingredients and milk and banana mixture alternately to the creamed mixture. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
