The Best Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 graham crackers
    6 egg yolks (beat well)
    1 c. sugar
    1 lb. cream cheese (softened)
    1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. flour
    6 egg whites
Preparation
    Butter bottom of spring pan.
    Crush graham crackers and sprinkle on bottom of pan.
    Beat yolks, add sugar, cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla and flour.
    Beat egg whites until very stiff. Fold into mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes, then leave oven door open with cake inside to cool for 1 1/2 hours. Yum!
