Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked (canned) pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 to 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 (6 oz.) can (3/4 c.) evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
Preparation

Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices; blend.
Add eggs and milk.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into 9-inch pastry-lined pie pan. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Can be made with cooked squash or sweet potatoes.
