Beef Stroganoff(Six To Eight Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round or sirloin steak
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 3/4 c. beef broth
    1 1/2 to 2 c. dairy sour cream
    hot cooked noodles or rice
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
Preparation
    Remove all fat and cut steaks into strips. In large plastic bag, combine 2 tablespoons flour and the salt; shake to mix.
    Add steak; shake to coat.
    In large skillet, melt butter over low heat.
    Add steak.
    Cook until brown over medium heat.
