Banana Yogurt Frost - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe chilled bananas
    1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    1 c. plain yogurt
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put ingredients in blender until smooth.
    Makes three 9 ounce servings, 185 calories each.
