Oat And Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. wheat flour
    1 c. oat bran
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. apple, peeled and shredded
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients. Combine buttermilk, egg whites and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Stir in apples. Fill in greased muffin tins (or use papers) 1/3 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 29 minutes.
