Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. raw shrimp
    3/4 c. butter
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 onion
    1 can onion soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. raw rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter; add bell pepper and onion.
    Add shrimp, soup. Ro-Tel tomatoes, salt, pepper and raw rice.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
