12 English muffin halves
1 lb. hot sausage, cooked and drained
2 jars Old English cheese spread

Preparation

Mix hot sausage and cheese.
Spread on muffins.
Freeze, then wrap.
Or bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Cut into fourths.
