Cabbage Casserole(Takes The Place Of Stuffed Cabbage.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
salt and pepper
Preparation

Wash and prepare cabbage by chopping into large pieces and put on bottom of a greased 2-quart baking dish.
Brown meat and onion and pour off fat.
Add rice, salt and pepper.
Pour meat mixture on top of cabbage.
Cover with soup and water.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Serves 6 to 7.
