Strawberry Margaritas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (12 oz.) can Juice-ups or lemon-lime frozen concentrate
    12 oz. white rum
    strawberries
    2 c. cider
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1/4 c. grated lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. milk
    1 c. light cream
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix cider with 1/4 cup sugar, lemon juice, rind and spices. Let stand until sugar dissolves.
    Combine milk and cream, then add to cider mixture, beating with electric beaters until frothy. Beat egg whites stiff; add remaining 1/4 cup sugar gradually. Fold egg whites into cider/milk mixture.
    Chill until very cold. Pour into punch bowl.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
