Cheesy-Olive Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz.)
    1 c. chopped ripe olives
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    6 English muffins, halved and toasted
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well.
    Spread about 2 tablespoons cheese mixture on each muffin half.
    Broil 2 minutes or until cheese melts; cut each half into quarters.
    Serve warm. Yield:
    48 appetizer servings.
