Wheat Germ And Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Beat together the egg, milk and oil. Combine dry ingredients; add to egg mixture.
    Stir until just moistened.
    Add raisins.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 9 muffins.
