Shrimp Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh boiled shrimp
    2 c. precooked rice
    2 c. stewed tomatoes (2 cans)
    1/2 lb. breakfast bacon
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Cook bacon and drain; saute bell pepper and onions in bacon drippings (have cooked rice) and all cooked onion and bell pepper. Add stewed tomatoes and cook slightly.
    Add crumbled bacon, rice and shrimp.
    Turn heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes.
    Turn to simmer for 10 minutes (cooks better in iron skillet with lid).
