Top-Stove Beans And Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. Pet evaporated milk
2/3 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. sliced onion
1 lb. can baked beans
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. mustard
Preparation
-
Mix well ground beef, milk, bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
With wet hands, shape into 16 balls.
Brown balls in skillet with shortening and sliced onion.
Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add mixture of baked beans, salt, catsup and mustard.
Cover and heat.
