Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin
2 baskets cleaned and hulled strawberries
baked pie shell

Preparation

Cook the sugar, cornstarch and water over medium heat until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add gelatin.
Cool.
Place berries in pie shell; pour gelatin glaze over.
Chill.
Top with whipped cream to serve.
Easy and delicious.
