Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 Eastern potatoes
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Grate (very coarse slivers, 1 to 2-inches long) 5 or 6 Eastern potatoes (Idahos are very dry).
    Mix ingredients.
    Fry large tablespoon of mix in 1/8-inch corn oil or Crisco until brown on both sides (2 to 4 minutes each side).
    Drain on paper towel.
    Keep warm in 200\u00b0 oven.
