Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 to 1 lb. corned beef
    14 slices Swiss cheese
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained
    10 slices cubed rye bread, trim off crust
    2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Spread sour cream in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix cut up beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut.
    Spread on top of sour cream.
    Put rye cubes on top and dot with margarine (if desired sprinkle caraway seed on top).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
