Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings (about 1/4 c.)
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's condensed broccoli cheese soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 medium potatoes (about 1 1/4 lb.), cooked and sliced (about 3 1/2 c.)
    3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
    snipped fresh parsley (optional)
    fresh parsley sprig for garnish
Preparation
    In
    10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook onion
    until tender, stirring often.
    Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
    Add
    potatoes;
    stir
    gently
    to
    coat.
    Heat to boiling. Reduce
    heat to low.
    Cover; cook 5 minutes or until hot
    and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
    Sprinkle with bacon and snipped parsley.
    Garnish with parsley sprig, if desired.
