Texas Straw Hats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    2/3 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. salt
    1 large pkg. Fritos
    shredded cheese
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce or paste
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook onions and green pepper in hot oil until tender, but not brown.
    Add beef; brown lightly and drain off grease.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Serve on corn chips; top with cheese.
