Squash With Pecans(Nutritious) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked squash
1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. diet margarine
1 1/2 tsp. sugar substitute
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Spray 6-cup casserole with nonstick spray, add squash, stir in 2 tablespoons butter, 1/4 cup pecans, the sugar substitute, salt and nutmeg.
Sprinkle with remaining pecans.
Dot with diet margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
