Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 fresh boiled eggs
6 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. whole allspice
1/2 Tbsp. coriander seed
1/2 Tbsp. cardamon seed
10 small hot red peppers
2 Tbsp. peppercorns
1/2 Tbsp. mace
1/2 Tbsp. cloves
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine all and bring to boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes and cool, pour over eggs.
