Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (1/4 oz.) yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 c. warm water
    all-purpose flour (approximately 5 to 7 c.)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar.
    Meanwhile, cream sugar, salt and Crisco; add egg.
    Next, add dissolved yeast and additional 2 cups water.
    Add flour gradually until dough is no longer sticky.
    Cover and let raise until doubled in a warm place. Punch down and form rolls.
    Spray baking sheets.
    Let rolls raise, covered, until doubled.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until browned.
