Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or 4 chicken breasts
    celery
    1 small onion
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. spaghetti
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Put chicken and 3 whole stalks of celery in a large pot and cover with water.
    Cook until chicken is done (save broth).
    Cook spaghetti in broth.
    Debone chicken.
    Saute 3 stalks of chopped celery and 1 small onion (chopped) in 1/2 stick of margarine until tender.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and cheese.
    Cook on low heat until cheese melts.
    Drain spaghetti.
    Add chicken, cheese mixture and spaghetti.
    Put in oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
