Crunchy Celery Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium stalks celery, cut into 1/4-inch slices (about 5 c.)
1 (8 oz.) water chestnuts, browned and sliced
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimentos, drained
Preparation

Cook and stir all except pimentos in oil in frying pan until celery is crispy tender, about 10 minutes or a little longer. Stir in pimentos.
Heat through and serve.
