Turkey With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 soup cans water
    4 c. cooked turkey, chopped
    1/4 c. red bell pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. pimento
    parsley
    1/2 c. cooking wine (your choice)
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion, pepper and celery in 1/4 cup cooking oil until transparent. Add soup and water. Add turkey and all other ingredients except wine. Cook for 30 minutes. Stir in wine. Serve over rice or angel hair pasta.
