Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    1 lb. pkg. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
    10 green onions with stems
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas (uncooked)
    4 oz. low-fat cheese, grated
Preparation
    In a large bowl, place lettuce, chopped onions, mushrooms and peas one layer at a time.
    Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and cheese together and spread this mixture over top of the salad.
    Chill (preferably) for 24 hours.
    Toss well before serving.
    Serves eight; 165 calories, eight grams of fat each.
