Easy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless 1/2 chicken breasts
1 (15 oz.) can Italian stewed tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 to 2 celery stalks
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
1/4 tsp. tarragon, dried
1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation

In a large skillet spray Pam and saute pounded chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side (until pink is gone).
Remove from pan.
Chop the celery, onion and green pepper and saute in pan until onion is transparent.
Add can of stewed tomatoes and can of tomato sauce.
Sprinkle in tarragon and basil.
Heat until bubbly, about 10 minutes.
Return chicken breasts to the sauce and heat another 10 minutes or so.
Serve with or over rice.
