Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. celery
    2 c. carrots
    1/2 c. onions
    2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. green peppers
    2 c. canned tomatoes with juice
    1 pkg. frozen green beans *
    1 Tbsp. sugar **
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Cut celery, carrots, green peppers and onions into 1 to 2-inch chunks.
    Combine with tomatoes with juice and the green beans. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish.
    Combine salt, sugar, tapioca and butter and top vegetables with this combination. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Lower heat to 325\u00b0 and continue baking for 1 more hour.
