Pasta Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. olive oil
    2 c. fresh chopped broccoli
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 c. diced onion
    1/2 lb. cooked and drained pasta
    1 chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
    8 oz. light sour cream
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 tsp. fresh basil
    2 tsp. fresh parsley
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In saucepan, saute vegetables in oil.
    Stir in chicken bouillon and bring just to a boil.
    Remove from heat and stir in cheese and spices.
    Serve over your favorite pasta with a fresh salad.
    Serves 4.
