Fresh Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. rhubarb
3 Tbsp. flour
dash of cinnamon
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Place pastry in pan, refrigerate until ready to use.
Wash rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces.
Mix sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon and add to rhubarb.
Pour into crust and dot with butter, top with crust or lattice crust, bake 40 to 50 minutes or until brown and bubbly in 400\u00b0 oven.
Frozen rhubarb can be used if fresh is not available.
