Country Chicken Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 can whole corn
3 to 4 c. sliced potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs

1/3 c. butter
about 2 lb. boned chicken breasts or thighs
Preparation

In oblong casserole, melt 1/4 cup butter.
Mix with potatoes, corn, salt, basil and nutmeg; set aside.
Mix cracker crumbs, salt and basil.
Melt 1/3 cup butter.
Dip chicken in butter then crumb mixture.
Cover with foil.
Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Remove foil and bake for 10 minutes to brown top.
Very good.
