Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 small onion (optional)
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Remove skin and bones.
    Flake.
    Add bread crumbs and onion.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add milk, salt and pepper. Combine with salmon mixture.
    Put in greased 4 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes, until firm.
