Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, diced
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1 (8 patty) box hash browns, thawed and crumbled
    1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 to 2 c. cornflakes, crumbled
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix hash brown potatoes and onions and place in a 10 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Salt and pepper.
    Mix together sour cream and chicken soup; spread over the potato and onion mixture.
    Top with melted margarine.
    Cover with Cheddar cheese.
    Top lightly with crumbled cornflakes.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
