Breakfast Before - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Neese sausage, browned and drained
    4 to 6 slices bread, trim crust
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    4 to 6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Spray or grease a large rectangular Pyrex baking dish.
    Break trimmed bread coarsely and line dish.
    Brown sausage and drain. Layer sausage on top of bread.
    Layer cheese on top of sausage. Beat eggs with a fork; mix with milk and mustard.
    Pour over top of casserole.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
