Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 1/4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low (5 packets)
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients; pour into 2 cups.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake in pan of hot water in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
