Pancit(A Philippine Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. pork, cubed
    flour
    4 cloves garlic or garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. water
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. green beans, cut in strips
    1 carrot, cut in strips
    3 leaves cabbage, cut up
    1 pkg. canton or Chinese noodles
    kalamansi or lemon wedges
Preparation
    Dip pork in flour; brown in small amount of oil.
    Add salt, pepper and water.
    Cook until tender.
    Add soy sauce, vinegar, green beans, carrot and cabbage.
    Cook for 5 minutes, adding more water if needed.
    Add the noodles; stir constantly until heated through.
    Serve, garnished with kalamansi or lemon wedges to be squeezed on top, if desired.
