Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. macaroni, cooked 6 minutes and drained
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper or more to taste
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    8 oz. shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese croutons, crushed
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine cornstarch, salt and pepper. Stir in milk until smooth.
    Add mustard and margarine.
    Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium-high heat and boil for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
    Add macaroni.
    Turn into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with croutons.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
    Serves 6.
