Oysters Casino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 drops Worcestershire sauce
    4 drops hot sauce
    1/4 tsp. seafood seasoning
    1 pt. shucked, standard oysters, drained
Preparation
    Fry bacon until partially cooked.
    Add onion and celery. Cook until tender.
    Add lemon juice and seasoning. Arrange oysters in well-greased shallow baking dish.
    Spread bacon mixture over oysters.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until edges of oysters begin to curl. Serve as appetizers or over toast points.
