Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
    1 medium can fruit cocktail (juice and all)
    coconut
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs until smooth.
    Add flour, soda and salt; mix well.
    Fold in fruit cocktail.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
