Gold Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Boil chicken until fork tender.
    Cool.
    Then remove skin and break meat into 2-inch pieces.
    In a mixing bowl, mix egg and then add milk, flour, baking powder and salt.
    Heat oil in frying pan. Dip chicken fingers in batter; then saute until brown, turning once.
