Favorite Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 qt. (4 c.) blueberries
1 Tbsp. butter
1 (10-inch) baked pie shell
whipped cream (for topping)
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add water and 1 large cup blueberries. Cook over medium-high heat and stir until thick. Add butter and the rest of the blueberries. Cool.
Pour into baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream.
