French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted
    pinch of salt
    1 c. frozen coconut
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
