Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 can mushroom soup
1 stick margarine
1 c. grated cheese
Ritz crackers, crushed (enough for topping)
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli.
Add melted margarine.
Beat eggs and stir in onions, mayonnaise and soup.
Fold this into broccoli. Sprinkle cheese and Ritz crackers on top.
Cook for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
