Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flaked salmon
    2 tbsp. butter
    1 tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash pepper
    dash red pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon well.
    In small sauce pan, melt margarine, stir in flour.
    Beat in milk a little at a time, stirring constantly and cook until thickened.
    Add salmon, bread crumbs, lemon juice, salt, pepper and red pepper.
    Form into patties.
    Saute in melted butter until heated through.
    Serve plain or on buns.
